South Fort Lauderdale Beach - North of Sheraton Yankee Clipper Hotel and across from Bahia Mar Hotel. Lovely wide beach. Ample Metered parking in public lot is good for small or large groups. No permit required for ceremonies. Many nearby hotels -see our website "Need a Hotel" section | ||||
| North Fort Lauderdale Beach – This pretty brick entrance and little Earl Lifshey park has a nice little beach behind it. Limited meter parking. No reservations are required. A block away from this Oakland Park Blvd. beach is another beach area called Vista Park. |  |

John U Lloyd State Park – Hours are limited to the park's schedule of opening and closing hours, unless additional ranger time is paid. The park that is long and narrow all along the beach with many possible ceremony beach sites to choose from. Covered pavilions and restrooms are available. Entrance to park fee is $6.00 per car. Ample parking. Good location for large groups. Also, the Parks Concession rents use of their very big white tent permanently set up on the beach. They can cater a reception in the tent. Deerfield Beach - Just North of Fort Lauderdale- 9th St. or 10th St. ceremony sites on boardwalk overlooking the beach. Reserved through the City of Deerfield Beach for a $300.00 fee.These boardwalk sites can accommodate up to 75 guests. Ample, convenient meter parking and restroom facilities make these sites excellent for groups. Only groups of ten and under can have their ceremony right on the sand. Nearby reception sites -Embassy Suites Banquets, Howard Johnsons Banquets or Royal Fiesta Banquet Hall. A short drive West are DeerCreek Country Club (954 429 8414). A little further West is Boca Dunes Country Club (561 470 7250).

We are excited to announce that the newly renovated Westin has opened it's North tower hotel rooms. Click on their web link above to see all the new features. The South tower will be opening soon with it's ocean view banquet rooms to accomodate up to 80 guests. Contact Tammy Tyson as shown above to reserve your reception date. Their larger Convention Center Banquet Tower is expected to open this Fall and you can contact Tammy to plan your event there as well. The Westin also has Shulas Steak House Restaurant overlooking the ocean. SeaWatch Restaurant Wonderful food, great service and atmosphere. Dining room has several seating options for small groups. Private dining rooms available for groups up to fifty guests. Their beach area is one of the prettiest in Ft.Lauderdale. Ceremonies can be either in their Garden area overlooking the ocean or out on the beach behind the restaurant. Their charge for use of their garden or beach area for ceremonies is $200. for Fri/Sat/Sun ceremony or $100 for Mon-Thur.ceremony. The Casablanca Cafe Restaurant The Casablanca Cafe restaurant was originally a home and it has beautiful mediterranean architecture. The beach ceremony set up in photo below is across the street from the restaurant, but it easy for guests to walk back across to the restaurant for a reception after. There is a private room upstairs for receptions or the ceremony can be in that same room if preferred to a beach ceremony.
